Managing AP team of 4 countries (Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia and Finland) to deliver daily basis business targets. Control and improvement of financial processes.
Impact
1. Improved SLA score - Set up of SLA for each part of the chain, selected monitoring tools from submission time to completion point including current phase monitoring which exceeds more then 5 working days.
2. Decreased overdue payment rate by 30 % - By applying above listed method, let me have clear view of the process and min two weakly checks had snowball effect. Overdue payments leads to several losses, one is penalties, other is company's reputation. So this kind of management let improve and minimize costs.
3. Increased Budget accuracy fulfillment by 10% - Overdue payments leads to budget inaccuracy which can lead to bank account overdraft or surplus balance shows not effective use of cash.

Business orientated project budgeting, project soft counting, project budget control, revenue recognition supervision; Company’s budget preparation, uploads in Oracle and Hyperion systems, budget control, forecasting (yearly, quarterly, monthly and weekly), Tax compliance (company’s VAT, CIT), financial audit, treasury control (reporting and controlling), customer support, cash flow control/reporting, financial support to SSC (Service Share Centre), other related subsidiaries. Overseeing reporting. My main responsibilities are to plan, prioritize and visualize work in meeting strict deadlines.
Impact
1. Improved project budgeting process. by creating control mechanisms tools - cross reporting for Supply chain, delivery deam and finance department. Slicing budgets into pieces for all departments help team to have deeper understanding what is behind numbers and how relation between different departments. So common monthly review with the team helps to implement budget more accurate.
2. Improved region KPI up to 3rd place from all the region. Budget forecasts and budget implementation accuracy is one of budgeting KPI. So being proactive instead of active helps to achieve forecasted goals.
